Public Information Meetings are held often throughout the year free of charge as a service to the community. Guest presenters are invited to provide the audience with information relevant to learning situations. A newsletter is mailed out to members and educational and medical facilities prior to the meeting to announce the content of the presentation and other information useful to the reader. The Learning Disabilities Association of Chatham-Kent offers collaborative meetings with other professional groups to provide cutting edge presentations and these are announced in the newsletter.
